Advent with kids

Advent with little ones is mostly waiting, and waiting is hard when you're seven. The saints of the season make the waiting an adventure.

December hands you two of the best: St. Nicholas on December 6, when shoes go out the night before and gold-wrapped chocolate appears by morning. And Our Lady of Guadalupe on December 12, with roses blooming in winter and a miracle you can still see today.
